How much your training session costs depends on where you live and how long your sessions are. Although prices are based on a per hour rate, sessions can be booked for longer and will be charged accordingly. Please refer to the ‘Rates’ page for more information.

One-2-One Personal Training Sessions (£25/£35 per Hour)
One-2-One sessions provide the ultimate personal fitness service as they focus completely on you, identifying your specific needs, setting realistic and achievable targets and providing ongoing support and motivation as you embark on your fitness journey.

Usually booked in blocks of 6 or 12 sessions, One-2-One sessions include: Complete Lifestyle and Nutrition Assessment; Fitness Assessment (Blood Pressure, Lung Function, Body Fat Analysis, Fit Test, Flexibility Test, Strength Test and Range of Motion (ROM) Test.

Note: not all fitness tests will be carried out – it will depend on the appropriateness of the test and determined on an individual basis); Tailor-made Fitness Programme including Nutrition Advice.

Two’s Company (£40/£60 per Hour)
Have you and your partner/ friend/ mum been discussing your expanding waistlines or perhaps your lack of activity, and think maybe you should do something about it? Two’s company offers the same benefits as the One-2-One sessions except that you get to exercise together and enjoy a saving on the hourly rate of £5 each (giving a saving of £30 each over 6 sessions or £60 on 12).

Note: Sessions will need to be booked together and at the same time.

Fit 2 Go Fitness Assessment (£40.00/ £50.00)
Reached a plateau in your training or perhaps not getting the results you want? Think you are already quite fit but would like some feedback to confirm this? Then why not book a ‘Fit 2 Go’ Fitness Assessment, a complete fitness appraisal including Blood Pressure, Lung Function, Fit Test, Strength Test and Range of Motion Test. This will be followed up with suggested adaptations to your current fitness regime to help you achieve your goals.
